If you know me well, youโd know that chicken is my FAVORITE food. You can dress it up any way you like, which makes it the best for meal prepping!
I recommend cooking 5 portion sizes to use throughout the week for lunches.
Basic Cooking Steps:
* Buy Chicken ๐ of choice
* Cut into strips or cubes
* Add Salt & Pepper (add other seasonings of choice)
* Grab a pan, add some oil - a little oil goes a long way
* Cook on medium until there is no pink inside
For the Fun:
Tacos:
* Pan fry some peppers & onions * Cook brown Rice
* Make or buy Guacamole ๐ฅ
To make the best shells:
* Oil pan
* Add a pinch of salt to the pan
* Turn over on Medium
* Place shell inside and rotate to get all ends wet with oil.
* Flip when shell begins to brown
* Repeat other side & add cheese (put lid on top to melt cheese)
Homemade Guacamole ๐ฅ Recipe:
* Avocado
* Onion (Red or Yellow - Dealers Choice)
* Garlic
* Salt & Pepper
* Lemon juice
* Tomato (optional)
-Mash Avocado then add ingredients as desired
