30 Day Strength Challenge (Start Date Change)

Are you ready to get stronger, tone up, and push your limits? Then, this is the challenge for you!


What are we in for?!?!

💪 5 days of strength targeting

🧘 1 day of yoga

💤 1 day of rest


Requirements: dumbbells, bands, pilates sized ball (can get at 5 below)


Optional: bench, barbell


Note: The plan is to move you up in weights to make you stronger and burn more calories faster.


This challenge will take determination and consistency. You will keep track of your progress daily with our app and you will receive a weekly check in with me.
