30 Day Strength Challenge
Are you ready to get stronger, tone up, and push your limits? Then, this is the challenge for you!
Requirements: dumbbells, bands, pilates sized ball (can get at 5 below)
Optional: bench, barbell
Note: The plan is to move you up in weights to make you stronger.
This challenge will take determination and consistency. You will keep track of your progress daily with a weekly check in with me. If you do not see progress we will assess and plan accordingly.
