Founder of JaxFitness

Graduate of Rutgers with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. Passionate about her love for fitness and need for helping others meet their goals.

  • Women's Fitness Specialization (NASM WFS) Certified

  • Schwinn Cycling Instructor

  • CPR/AED/First Aid

 

CORPORATE WELLNESS:

Five years of experience in house wellness coach of 200+ employes. Program consists of monthly challenges, in-person & virtual coaching, blogs, safe workout routines, in-person & virtual fitness classes.
